Installation Process

After obtaining permission to conduct this experiment, investigate the site, deciding the best position for the HOBOs so that they may gather the information desired.

In order to collect a localized outside temperature, first waterproof one HOBO using a sandwich bag and electrical tape. (be sure to make a small hole for the temperature wire to penetrate and then placing a piece of tape over the area)

Take the two regular and one rain coated HOBOs to the site.

Place the waterproofed HOBO and duct tape it to the roof of the most unlikely to be messed with site.

Place a pair of HOBOs in the interior of the falafel kiosk. Place one in a high area and the other in a low place so that an average can be determined.

Adjust the temperature wires away from the wall so that air temperature can be read more so than radiation through the walls.

Document the time.

Return after a five day period has pasted to retrieve the HOBOs.

Do not unplug anything just find a computer with boxcar software and up load the data into boxcar.

Save data there or all is lost… return to step one.

Then export the data into Excel were the data will take graph form, save the graph.
