We initially aimed to collect temperature data for the Falafel Kiosk for a day long period, beginning Friday November 14th. However, one of the hobos failed to collect any data. In addition to this, our group decided that more then a single days worth of data would be needed for an accurate analysis. This forced us to practice our methods a second time, obtaining more data for a longer period of time.
